Fast initiation of parenteral nutrition is recommended in reasonably or seriously malnourished cirrhotics who can not be nourished sufficiently by both oral or enteral route. Parenteral nourishment is usually recommended in individuals with unprotected airways and encephalopathy (HE) as a consequence of the chance of aspiration in these pati
